ARE YOU OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

Yes, everybody is welcome in our Warehouse. It is the best opportunity for you to choose the material you love in person.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE THE WHOLE SLAB IF I DON’T NEED IT?

We are a wholesale Distribution company, so we only discuss pricing with your Fabricator. He will purchase the slab and charge you based on the kind of job you have, cutting it to size, installing and sealing.

IS THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING HERE THE SAME AS IN PERSON?

No, they are representatives. We recommend that you view the material in person that has been selected for your project. This is to ensure that the stone you select is exactly what you are looking for. Except for most basic materials, every slab is unique and will have its own characteristics.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

No, you are welcome anytime between our Business Hours – Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm & Sat: 9am-1pm. But, if you need any assistance after our Business Hours, just give us a call ahead of your visit and we may wait for you.

HOW TO AVOID STAINS/ETCHES?

Regular sealing and quickly cleaning any spills will limit the probability of staining or etching. Ask your Fabricator about the correct sealing process according to the chosen material and its frequency.

WHY DO NATURAL STONES NEED TO BE SEALED?

Natural Stones are porous, so it needs to be sealed on a regular basis. Due to their porosity, many naturals stones are susceptible to staining and sealing them on a regular basis greatly reduces the chances of stains. Sealing them will provide a barrier that will give you time to clean up a spill before it penetrates into the stone.

WHAT CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STONE PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED?

Cleaning can be done simply with mild soap and water. Always search for Neutral products to use. Bleach and heavy duty cleaners are not recommended and can damage the stone.

IS THERE ANY WARRANTY FOR THE QUARTZ?

Yes, there is a limited 15-year warranty after installed.
